Your mid-winter self love moment. Breathe deeply in a glowing sunset sauna ritual, awaken your senses through hot–cold contrast and share the warmth of community. As the evening draws in, soften into slow. fairy-lit yoga in the cosy classroom. Sauna 5:00-6:00pm Yoga 6:30-7:30pm My intention is for you to release any tension or stress and leave with a calm, clear mind, feeling grounded and refreshed.
