My mission is to help people feel their best; in mind, body and soul. I create space for students to reconnect with themselves, escape the pressures of modern life and move with intention. My classes are designed to uplift and empower, encouraging every yogi to fall in love with their body and what it can achieve.

My connection to movement and its transformative impact has been a lifelong passion, but a deeper understanding developed while studying for my Contemporary Dance Degree. I focused my final research on the Phenomenology of Dance; an exploration of how performers can find deep embodied presence in the moment. I later realised that this research hugely relates to the inward practice of yoga and meditation - a full circle moment! After completing my degree in 2015, my love for movement transitioned away from dance and toward yoga. I had dipped my toe in various yoga styles, but it wasn't until I found Vinyasa Flow that I really caught the bug. It felt so freeing to move my body in a familiar way, without the external judgement of how everything was being 'performed'.

After dedicating the last 6 years to teaching yoga, I have established my own signature teaching and sequencing style - one that's deeply influenced by this background and training. Students describe classes as freeing, expansive, playful and most importantly, accessible for all. I encourage everyone to explore their personal sense of ease, choosing how they move their body in each moment, recognising that yoga is a journey unique to every person.
