Whether you are new to lunar alignment, or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll find inspiration and support in each week’s content. Enjoy the flexibility of a self-paced journey, allowing you to move and reflect at your own rhythm (in line with the moon) while cultivating a deeper connection to yourself and the cycles of nature. Each week brings a different practice and rituals, depending on the current moon phase - honouring the Full moon, Waning moon, New moon and Waxing moon. The program includes 4 flows plus the Spotify playlist, rituals and a support group.
