As part of Knoga's latest Al Fresco Dining & Riverside Wellness Series, join me for a beautiful vinyasa yoga class, inspired by the stunning surroundings - a feel good flow suitable for all levels. ​ A magical evening of [optional yoga, sauna, tennis, sup and seasonal fire-cooked food] on the banks of the Beaulieu River. ​Wander past New Forest ponies and grazing cows to a secluded 14-acre private residence, surrounded by protected wildlife land. You'll be welcomed into a dreamy outdoor setting for movement, relaxation, and a nourishing picnic-style feast. Options to stay for the whole event right through to a chai or cacao to close, or just come for your chosen activities! ​ Address & directions will be sent out prior to the event.
