All 'Flow' classes are formulated using Vinyasa Krama sequencing and work through monthly themes, ensuring students feel a sense of progression in their practice. We mindfully move through a sequence of poses, flowing in harmony with the breath to build flexibility, strength, stability and balance. As the practice draws to a close, you'll be led into a calming meditation, inviting deep relaxation and a sense
of inner peace. You must be able to transition from floor to standing to attend these sessions.
Calm Club takes inspiration from yin and restorative yoga, meaning poses are held for 2-3 minutes to
release muscle tension and increase flexibility. In a soothing candle-lit setting to calm the mind.
Suitable for the less mobile, very popular with all abilities and extremely beginner friendly.

A strong, fun, dynamic vinyasa class ideal for experienced yogis. Full of flowing sequences linking asana with breath. Challenging yet supportive, you'll leave feeling calm and connected, with a knowing you've worked hard.
Ideal for all levels, including beginners.

This class is perfect for anyone dealing with stress/high pressure environments and those who find it difficult to switch off. You have no option but to surrender to rest when attending this session and it helps with flexibility, mobility and good mental wellbeing.
