Service Description

To celebrate the opening of the Vibrant Coffee House, join me for a feel good Saturday morning of movement, coffee and connection. We’ll start with 45-minutes of our signature Morning Flow, moving through an uplifting practice designed to wake up your body, build a little heat and leave you feeling energised yet grounded for the weekend. After class, we’ll head down for craft coffee, tea, matcha and everything in between (to purchase separately, directly from Vibrant on the day) So often we roll up our mats and rush off to whatever is next, but this morning is a chance to connect off the mat too. Come on your own or bring a friend, everyone is so welcome. 🧘‍♀️ Yoga | 8:00 - 8:45am ☕️ Coffee Social | from 8:45am onwards *All classes are tailored to those in the room, with plenty of options to modify poses or progress them depending on how you feel in the moment.
