This September marks 6 years since launching this beautiful soul-led business and 3 years since the rebrand to Soulful Sophie! I finished my yoga teacher training in March 2020 and launched the business in the September of that very strange year... 6 has always been my lucky number, so this feels like the perfect excuse to celebrate this milestone! But more importantly, I want to celebrate you. You’ve all helped shape this community so I want to give something back. You’re invited to a FREE class on Saturday 12th September at a private field in Langley - plenty of room for us all 🙌 🚗 Arrivals from 9:15am (free parking) 🧘‍♀️ Yoga from around 9:30am ✨ 45-minutes of movement suitable for all ☕️ After that, Howley Coffee Co will be serving delicious drinks available to purchase directly from her, so we can hang around, have a cuppa, chat and celebrate together. 🦙 The land also has Alpacas on site!! Six years of classes, flows, friendships, events, retreats, laughs, wobbles and wonderful humans. Whether you've been here since the very beginning, joined somewhere along the way, or have only recently found your way into our community, this morning is my little way of saying THANK YOU. Please make sure you book your space early, so I have an idea of numbers. Directions will be sent on booking. Sadly I’ll have to cancel if the weather doesn’t play ball, but let's all manifest that sunshine!
