Enjoy continuous flowing movement linked with breath, with a focus on stretching and strengthening the whole body. Designed to build heat, energise the body and leave you feeling like you've worked hard - yet balanced. We’ll wind down with calming, grounding poses and finish in final relaxation to quiet the mind and integrate our practice. Challenging yet supportive, this class is open to all levels. Please note: you should be comfortable transitioning smoothly between floor to standing. *All classes are tailored to those in the room, with plenty of options to modify poses or progress them depending on how you feel in the moment.
